Before you submit a ticket, there are a few easy things that you can try yourself that will fix many of the tech problems that you face.
- Have you attempted to restart the device?
- Have you checked that all cables are plugged into the right ports on your device, and that they're plugged in all the way?
- Is the device fully charged before you attempt to power it on?
